What happened to the $89 billion in Iraq. This will never surface, Madam Speaker, unless we get rid of the rubber- stamp Congress and we move towards a Congress that is willing to follow the Constitution of the United States to make sure that the American taxpayer dollars have the proper oversight and that we spend it in a way that is responsible, not just giving away tax breaks to millionaires and special interests when the Republican majority feels like doing it.
