But that is the reason why we are here. People are asking for the Democratic plan. I am asking where is the President's plan? Where is the majority plan? I do not want to go back to 1978 again. Democrats want to strengthen Social Security without slashing benefits that Americans have earned. Already in the projection, $427 billion. Who is counting? I am.
