This is graduation time. A lot of parents are going to see their children walk across the stage, but guess what, college assistance and affordable loans will not be there for those children because we are willing to give $42,000, $43,000 in tax breaks to millionaires. The Republican Congress says they gave tax cuts for the American people. Yes, they are American people, too, but I am not talking about the middle class. The middle class family does not consider themselves millionaires. I am holding this rubber stamp because this is what got us here. Mr. Ryan talks about paying for that.
