my colleague from Ohio could not say it better because that exactly goes to the marrow of this whole issue, of making sure that we engage not only the Members but also the American people. If it was something dealing with total politics, you could say, well, you know, in 2006 it will be dealt with. But there are so many things that are happening to Americans versus for Americans that we need change now.
