We in the media don't know a lot. What we do know though are those who know far more than us like Devin Nunes, the head of House Intel Committee, assure us that Donald Trump is taking national security very seriously.

There was not a consensus among the Intelligence Community and in fact, there were dissenting opinions within the Intelligence Community and it would not be elevated to the President until it was verified.
