There was not a consensus among the Intelligence Community and in fact, there were dissenting opinions within the Intelligence Community and it would not be elevated to the President until it was verified.

This vaccine passport is just another way to control the American people. It’s absolutely wrong. It’s antithetical to freedom. It’s antithetical to the American way.

What the President was pointing to... was a factual statement, one that is rooted in science and one that was pointing out the fact that mortality in this country is very low.
