The notion that everyone needs to be tested is just simply nonsensical.

If he has evidence, it's not wrong for him to say it. If he doesn't have evidence, it's not wrong for him to say it.

At this point, it doesn't seem like that happened, based on everything we know from both sides of the aisle.
