I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Page 22, line 5, after the dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $1,127,954,000)''. Page 22, line 8, before the period, insert the following: : Provided, That the amount made available under this heading shall be allocated between programs, projects, and activities previously funded under the heading ``Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy'' and programs, projects, and activities previously funded under the heading ``Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability'' in the same proportion as such funds were allocated between such accounts in fiscal year 2013 by division F of Public Law 113-6 Ms. CASTOR of Florida (during the reading).
