None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the rule entitled ``Short-Term, Limited Duration Insurance'' published by the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register on August 3, 2018 (83 Fed.
