I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 6, after line 17, insert the following: ``(d) Conflicts of Interest.--The Secretary shall develop and enforce conflict of interest guidelines for any charter school receiving assistance under this subpart, which shall include disclosures of any person affiliated with the charter school that has a financial interest in the charter school.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 576, the gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Castor) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Florida.
