Vice President Kamala Harris and the Second Gentleman will travel to Buffalo, New York on Saturday to join the family of 86-year-old Ruth Whitfield who was one of 10 people murdered by a white-supremacist extremist at her local supermarket two weeks ago.
Harris's visit to Buffalo is noted as a response to a recent racially motivated mass shooting.
