Regardless of what conversations, public or private, he is having, I do strongly believe and have faith in the American people that they and we will fight for the integrity of our democracy and it includes fighting for free and fair and open elections, fighting for access to the polls for all people, fighting to make sure everyone's vote counts, and I believe through that process, it will be very clear that the American people want and know they can do better than Donald Trump as president of the United States.
