I think you know that the American worker will tell you, those in particular who are between the age of 30 and 50 today, who are unemployed, who had a job and want to work, that they do not necessarily have the skills that industry requires for them to actually be able to get a job and keep a job, and that they are in need of training and resources to allow them to transition into these new economies.
