Every student deserves to learn in an environment that suits their needs.

Therefore, I respectfully urge the members of the subcommittee to consider accepting this request from the Senate should it be presented to you during your fiscal year 2025 appropriation process.

I will just tell you that rule will have devastating consequences, I think, and just want to point that out.
