Well, again, when I go to FEMA, they say: Well, we have to wait on the State to have their plan.
No community or State should endure what has occurred in the Federal response to the natural disaster in the Baton Rouge...
Mr. Graves and Mr. Richmond and the Louisiana delegation need to immediately address the leadership.
That's unacceptable. These people need help.
