This is disgraceful, that we have Federal properties around the country--and the Department of Agriculture--again, went out there, visited, requested that we come up with a proposal.

We tried to get them to comply, but they never did fully comply.

And then the President's initiative, which I support, better utilization of existing space.

We have pilots that are flying planes. We don't know who they are.
