I yield myself 30 seconds, Mr. Speaker. I am pleased to hear the cooperative tone of the other side of the aisle, which had the opportunity, when it controlled the House, the Senate, and the White House, to pass a bill and failed to do so. But I'm really encouraged today by their willingness to come together in a bipartisan effort on behalf of the American people and to get one of the most important job creation infrastructure bills and pieces of legislation done, which is our responsibility. I yield 1 minute to the chair of the Aviation Subcommittee, the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Petri).
