Let us face it. What we have been through the last day is a bunch of smoke and mirrors. This is the vote. All the rest is a diversionary tactic. This is the vote. You either vote on this balanced budget amendment, or there is no balanced budget amendment. This is the last time in the history of this House you will have that opportunity.
