Madam Chairman, I understand that the Ways and Means Committee is in markup. I would like to ask unanimous consent to claim their time, I believe that is 5 minutes on our side, that the Transportation and Infrastructure majority be permitted to claim that time. The CHAIR. Without objection, the gentleman from Florida will control the 5 minutes allotted to the Ways and Means Committee. There was no objection.
