Let me just say that we did not change the provision of the law, that it still requires the same provisions that the NMB put in place that changed 70 years of labor law. Of anyone who shows up--if there are 1,000 people in the union and 200 show up--101 can have a vote and go into the union. We did change a requirement, and actually, I didn't negotiate it specifically. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The time of the gentleman has expired.
