I had not been privy to the prior debates of our discussion of the subject and the repeal legislation at hand. Is it appropriate and within the decorum of the House to refer to the legislation that is being considered repealed as repealing ``ObamaCare''? I don't want to inflict any disrespect on the office of the President. In order to keep in the decorum and respect for the office, may we refer to the President's plan for health care government takeover as ``ObamaCare'' or in another term? {time} 2020 What would be appropriate under the rule? The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair will not render an advisory opinion.
