We are missing the mark. Now, maybe we should give the Secretary back to more discretion.
The Federal Government didn't hear it.
we are going to have the political will and courage to do it and to make that investment in our infrastructure
We may see something in higher-speed rail, but it certainly isn't high-speed rail.
