I thought this motion to recommit was to accept the Senate position. So we're getting it to conference. Didn't I pass a motion to go to conference? So now what? You're asking me to just, okay, surrender, it's all over?

We've got to reform that. We've got to give assurances to the people that they're not going to have to elevate their homes.

Unfortunately, many of them are sitting in the Senate, but we have not neglected trying to change laws.
