We can't afford not to get it right here. We've got to get it right.
We put Amtrak, which I call our Soviet-style train system, for lack of a better term, and it has been a monopoly.
We could--we could have, my hope was, about this time be cutting a ribbon somewhere.
We've got something wrong that needs to be corrected.
