Again, I do have concerns and share the concerns of Mr. Costello. This is a hard-fought provision. I will guarantee the gentleman that I am aware of his concerns. I will work with him as the bill proceeds hopefully through the conference process. And I think you're doing an outstanding job in representing the constituencies who are affected who want those longer- distance services to come into our Nation's Capital. Again, he has my strong commitment. I am hoping that he would withdraw the amendment at this time. I pledge to work with him, and I know Mr. Costello will also work with the gentleman in that regard.
