I think you have confirmed for the people that I represent that there is a three-ring circus going on in EPA and it is quite embarrassing.

It seems like there should be some way we could require certification of some of those products that were produced under the same standards.

There is nothing different, it's just the difference in the impact on each of you, and particularly devastating to your operations.
