Most disturbing to me is--and again, we went through this fiasco with the trailers that had formaldehyde, but we knew we had to have shelter for people.
This is disgraceful, that we have Federal properties around the country--and the Department of Agriculture--again, went out there, visited, requested that we come up with a proposal.
This isn't a partisan issue in any way. This is an issue that has affected hundreds of thousands of great Americans.
