I thank the gentleman. And most importantly it will not be Washington making those decisions. It will be teachers and parents and principals who are going to be empowered for the first time in 40 years to make that decision. For the life of me, I really cannot figure out why my friends on the extreme left will not allow Washington to get out of the way and get those dollars to the classroom where they need it so desperately.
