I do not think it is they. I think it is a very small number of people in Washington, D.C. Because again, people that own the restaurants in my district understand. I have talked to them about this. I would not come on the floor without talking to people that support me. They understand, if one pays for the carpet to set a mood and one pays for the wallpaper to set a mood and one pays for the lighting to set a mood, they also understand the most important thing, again, in music is the property rights.
