I just wanted to give another point of reference to the gentleman from California (Mr. Thomas), who was talking about 100 miles or 200 miles from Waterloo to whatever. We are talking about 17 miles which will not get you from the United States capitol to the airport. Seventeen miles is what we are talking about, that will not even get you to Washington's airport at Dulles so you can fly home to California.
