But, as my colleagues know, if the gentleman could give me a little historical perspective as a relatively new Member here, I believe that they were all in the majority in 1993 and 1994, and I also believe that they had somebody in the White House who was also a Democrat. Could the gentleman tell me if they all passed campaign finance in 1993 or 1994 or if the gentleman's selective memory prevents him from doing this?
