I introduced the ENLIST Act, H.R. 2377, which authorizes the enlistment in the Armed Forces of undocumented immigrants who were brought into the United States as children and who are otherwise qualified for enlistment.

Justice delayed is justice denied, and it is really incredible to me to think that we would look at our third co-equal branch of government as a step-child.

Simply put, children who were brought here hadn't committed a crime, misdemeanor or otherwise.

I ask this subcommittee to do the same for Indian country in the next highway bill.
