I introduced the ENLIST Act, H.R. 2377, which authorizes the enlistment in the Armed Forces of undocumented immigrants who were brought into the United States as children and who are otherwise qualified for enlistment.

If the BIE doesn't even respond to the Navajo, how in the world do I expect them to... talk to the tribal leaders in the small communities?

I represent probably ground zero, if there is one, when it comes to global warming.

I ask this subcommittee to do the same for Indian country in the next highway bill.
