I know that paper came out of the GAO report. There is a $1.3 billion cost in addition, so that the net cost to the Federal Government is almost $1 billion. This is the revenue, where it goes. There is only $300 million going to the Federal Government, but you do not take into consideration on the next page from that chart which shows that $1.3 billion cost. The GAO says there is a net cost of timber sales, not net revenues.
