there has been a lot of exaggeration on the other side about what has been done with the census. Let us make sure we understand. First of all, the plan proposed by the President does not count 26 to 27 million people; does not count 26 to 27 million people. These are going to be computer-generated people, that they have some smart computers and these smart scientists over at the National Academy of Sciences. The National Academy of Sciences has a theory. The plan requires hundreds of thousands of people to implement. We need a General Schwarzkopf to run this issue, not a bunch of academics. That is what our goal is, to have an accurate census, to count everybody.
