Uthmeier said he’d like the statewide prosecutor to assume jurisdiction to prosecute poaching to ensure that those arrested are held accountable.

We will examine the physical and monetary harms to Floridians that may have resulted from his deceptions and determine whether his conduct exposes him to liability under state law.

I know we’ve done a lot of good work to protect children from those harms.
