The statistics suggest that there is between a $13 million and a billion-dollar backlog in terms of what we need to do to construct and maintain roads in these parks. And instead of concentrating on that, we are going to be subsidizing commercial logging by building roads not for public safety. For those reasons, I would urge adoption of the amendment.
