“This Sunday, Colombians in my Congressional District will go to the polls to vote on the Colombia- FARC deal, deciding whether to hold the narco-terrorist organization known as the FARC accountable for its innumerable crimes committed over more than 50 years. Yet, in a deal brokered by the duplicitous Castro regime, the FARC members may soon get off scot-free--no jail time and no compensation to the family members of their victims. FARC members will even be allowed to run for office. Good grief. This is a bad deal, Mr. Speaker, and it should not be financed by American taxpayers.
