“Mr. Speaker, the administration's concessions to the tyrannical Cuban regime have only strengthened the iron grip of the dictatorship, and by President Obama attempting to normalize relations with the island, we are only putting more money into the coffers of these thugs to continue their repressive ways. The White House and the State Department were once again fooled by a tyrant, and that has grave consequences for our credibility around the world. Mr. Speaker, this is a bad deal.
