Our next speaker, Mr. Speaker, is the gentleman from Alabama, Congressman Bradley Byrne, who so understands that good trade is based on free and fair countries that cherish the principles upon which our great country was founded--freedom, democracy, respect for the rule of law--all of which are missing in today's Cuba.
