This bill before us prioritizes State and USAID efforts to support access to primary and secondary education for displaced children, with a specificity to helping displaced girls. Unfortunately, sometimes young girls fall victim to exploitation, to trafficking, or they get married off, sold off, without having the opportunity to determine their own future; something that we might take for granted in this glorious country.
