Mr. Speaker, I am so humbled and pleased to see my colleagues who have turned out tonight at this late hour in a bipartisan manner to say that we reject the President's ill-advised treatment of the policy of rapprochement with the Cuban regime, and no one is better able and better equipped to talk about freedom and democracy and our fight for justice than Mr. Chabot. I yield to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Chabot), a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and chairman of the House Small Business Committee.
