Does that mean the budget is even more out of balance in terms of providing services than the one the President submitted which would have had those increases in out-of-pocket costs?

We really, really need to get to these kids earlier. We need to get books in their hands earlier, we need to be working with families younger.

Energy is a significant cost in people’s lives. Using solar is a way to drive it down. Common sense. And it’s what we should be doing in the state of Florida significantly more than we are doing now.

I do this for many, many reasons. To learn. To build relationships. And to be better informed on decisions I make in the future.
