A permanent American solution is necessary, as you know, and I encourage my colleagues to review and consider a permanent ban for these deadly analogues under H.R. 1910, the FIGHT Fentanyl Act, or continuing the temporary ban under H.R. 2430, the Temporary Reauthorization of the Emergency Scheduling Fentanyl Analogues Act.
