I put my life on the line in terms of a question that was asked, and the gentleman from Louisiana (Chairman Tauzin) did, too; not the chairman's life, my life, on the line. I will not go quite that far this time around, but I feel very strongly that this is a first step. There is a tremendous amount of work to be done.
