The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 944, after line 22, insert the following new subparagraph: (D) The Secretary shall conduct, and take into consideration the results of, an economic impact survey to determine any adverse economic effects that such lease sales within 100 miles of the western coast of Florida may have on the Florida Gulf coast fishing industry and tourism industry.
