Mr. Speaker, an awful lot of blood, sweat and tears has gone into trying to secure a better future for our children by helping to reduce the incidence of disease and illness. I thank my Committee on Commerce colleagues, particularly the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Brown) and I applaud all the Members for having the good sense to set aside some of our partisan agendas in order to improve the lives of our children and all of their families throughout this country. I ask all of the Members to support this legislation.
