We did, sir. Questions were raised. It was a bipartisan thing. It was approved by the gentleman from California [Mr. Waxman]. I know question was raised by either Mr. Waxman or someone in the minority about the quality standards, does this hurt the quality standards. Assurances were given there would not be any adverse consequences.
