Congress has the power to act, and we must exercise our authority to ensure better oversight and accountability of residential youth programs receiving Federal funding.

The farce that occurred in New York is a pathetic and sad abuse of the legal system by a rogue democratic prosecutor and an obviously biased judge.

What happened to you and countless other children is unacceptable, and is a moral failing in our country. And we must do better.

we have had over 35 people who live and reside in my district... who have given us specific instances... where they were either overlooked or specifically discriminated against because of their political affiliation.
