The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Steube moves to recommit the bill H.R. 5 to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Add at the end of the bill the following: SEC. 13. RULE OF CONSTRUCTION. Nothing in this Act or any amendment made by this Act may be construed to diminish any protections under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
